Katrina Weaver supports
Coaches with pins and workshop info, TeamCoOrdinators with supplies and report entry, ParticipationCoOrdinators with Wendy’s workshop materials, VisitorCoOrdinators with customized post cards, MembershipCoOrdinators with new Member notification and supplies, and MentorCoOrdinators with PowerLinks Certificates and the monthly Green Envelope.
It’s Katrina who keeps track of how many people are attending Orientation and InfoMinute Seminar, and gets their handouts printed, and who prepares all materials for Officer Training.
In other words, Katrina does it.
She prefers milk chocolate, without mint. I don’t know if she can be bribed, but it wouldn’t hurt to try.
Amanda Taylor promotes PowerCore.
She emails VisitorCoOrdinators when we send a prospect to the Team; researches open classifications and prepares flights of postcards to invite new Members; follows through with everyone who stops by our booth at trade shows–then lets the VCO know.
Amanda’s focus is Team Growth.
Members call her when they want to add a GateOpener to their Team, and can benefit from her structured post card, letter, telephone system.
Sound good?
Give her a call.
Amanda carries a Hello Kitty bag, changes her nail polish every day, and isn’t afraid to use sparkles.
Kelly Logsdon is the lead on special projects.
In addition to taking point on the new website, she organized a special InfoMinute Workshop for the Cumberland Team, including collecting InfoMinutes from each of the Members and developing a slide deck to show areas of thought for referral generation.
Kelly developed the new workbook for GateOpener 101.
Kelly is eager to add audio and video to the way we share information with Members.
Have a story?
Tell Kelly.
Kelly is a full-time student at Kennesaw State University. She was just honored with a place in a research project.
Joline Falco is the first smiling face new Officers see when they arrive for Officer Training.
Then she supports VisitorCoOrdinators by getting each Team in as many online and print calenders as she can find, (and she can find a lot,) and making sure the contact information and maps.google links for their Team are correct.
ParticipationCoOrdinators let Joline know which workshop they want when Wendy visits, and Joline keeps them apprised of the awards schedule, and tracks responses in the Referral Trigger blog to determine which Teams get an invitation to the Referral Trigger party.
A famous cat fancier, originally from Florida, Jolene has never met a cheese she didn’t love to eat!
| George Kinney is responsible for keeping the wheels on the bus. And everything else. He handles operations for the PowerCore Office, manages products and inventory, and attends the Buckhead Business Association every week–generally coming back to the office with a prospect’s card.As an active member of a model train club, he’s used to keeping things on track and fixing whatever derails. What you really want to know about George is that he’s perfected his recipe for Oatmeal-Pecan-Chocolate Chip Cookies. From time to time we offer six as an incentive: they really are that good. | |
| If Mrs. Daetwyler, my 3rd grade teacher, knew that I talk for a living, I think she’d smile. Actually, my number one roles are listening and tracking, then reading, and extrapolating, next synthesizing–then sharing, so PowerCore Members make money. That’s my success metric.I’m always looking for what works to generate referrals, and ready to share.Want to know? Ask me.My name is Wendy Kinney. |
