  • Come prepared with your InfoMinute. Don’t draft it while you are ”listening” to Team Members share theirs. You'll lose the connections clues that they share in their InfoMinutes that you could use in your own follow through strategies. You want the prep time to make sure your words are very focused.
  • Don’t skip your InfoMinute on the day of your 7-Minute. That’s giving up precious marketing time. Introduce your topic or ask a question you will answer in your 7-Minute presentation.
  • Don’t skip your InfoMinute to make an announcement. There is time at the end of the Meeting for that. Don’t give up any marketing time.
  • Be respectful of time. When you hear the timer, immediately end your InfoMinute – remember at 60 seconds is the time allotment others will listen to us.
  • Don’t "pitch" to your Team Members. Give them the words, the scripts, to sell for you.
